Graceful Hands Community (GHC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in New Hampshire, dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care and community support to individuals with developmental and physical disabilities.

Who We Are

Our mission is to empower lives through personalized residential care, day programming, community integration, and youth/family enrichment initiatives.

  • Launch a certified residential home and Community Participation Service (CPS) site
  • Establish a day program for individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Expand long-term into youth empowerment and maternal support initiatives
